All payments are made through a secure PayPal link that will be emailed to you when your order has been accepted.

All items are send through FedEx, and require a signature on the receiving end. 

Delivery should take approximately 7days from the parcel being collected by FedEx.

IVAN RICHARD HOLMES offers free one-way shipping for orders over AUD$600.

You will receive all tracking details sent to your email address. FedEx will also send any updates and delivery notifications.

Items do not include any international customs duties or sales taxes. FedEx will contact you to pay these prior to them releasing your package.

All MADE-TO-ORDER garments take 7days to create from when payment is received. 

We are happy to discuss any queries about these garments prior to them being created, and are happy to offer a small amount of customising (eg, sleeve length etc.) due to the nature of this process.

Should you enjoy a style, but want it in a different colour - we are happy to look into this request, so please enquire.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. IVAN RICHARD HOLMES reserves the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear (this includes deodorant markings, perfumes/colognes) or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way (including being laundered). If your return has been rejected, items will be sent back to you at your own expense. 

Items being sent back for a refund are done so at the customer's expense, and  IVAN RICHARD HOLMES must be informed of all tracking details.  A signature release must be included for this delivery. IVAN RICHARD HOLMES  does not hold any responsibility for this delivery until it has been received. Should the return delivery garner any import duties, this will be removed off the refund amount - you will be supplied with proof of these charges, should they arise.

All accepted returned pieces will garner a 20% restocking fee.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through IVAN RICHARD HOLMES. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

Once we have completed your refund you will receive another email confirming this, and the refund will be processed back through PayPal. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. 

MADE-TO-ORDER items are non-refundable, from when full payment is received for them.
